Money Smart Week Wisconsin^SM is a creation of the Governor’s Council on Financial Literacy.  First Lady of Wisconsin Jessica Doyle serves as its honorary chair.  Administrative activities and oversight of Money Smart Week are conducted by the Office of Financial Literacy (OFL) of the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions and by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
